Through a personalized journey, the Éolane teams engage in integrating their new collaborators.

Upon your arrival, you will be provided with a schedule that will organize your first 3 weeks to immerse yourself in the expertise of our internal trades. An immersion at the heart of our production sites, close to our collaborators, will be offered to help you understand the cycle of design, manufacturing, and integration of high-tech cards.
